The Standard ad runs 14 days and is typically sufficient for any current need. The Premium ad campaign runs for 30 days and with the expanded budget offers greater exposure day to day and over time for more difficult to fill positions or multiple position needs. All Facebook Ads are shown to only those living in near proximity of the job location unless otherwise requested in the notes section.
